Danielle is from the small town of Flin Flon, Manitoba where she spends her days reading, sharing her knowledge, and marveling at the magic of the boreal forest that surrounds her.
Danielle has studied Environmental Biology at the U of S and plans to complete her studies in 2021. She has her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is currently completing studies in Natural Nutrition (CSNN), Vitalist Herbalism (The School of Evolutionary Herbalism), and 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training (Inspired Me).
From a young age she found peace and inspiration in nature and enjoys laying on the forest floor, taking photos of tiny plants, mushrooms, and insects. She is an active volunteer in her community and hopes to bring more environmental awareness and an appreciation for the earth to those in the area.
After experiencing her own health issues, Danielle has learned the value in living a truly holistic life; that health cannot simply be obtained from changing one thing. We must honour ourselves in the mind, body, and spirit. She has a particular interest in digestive and nervous system health but wants to help everyone achieve better balance in their lives. She believes that we are all healers and everyone has the ability to tap into their highest well-being.
