Danielle is from the small town of Flin Flon, Manitoba where she spends her days reading, sharing her knowledge, and marveling at the magic of the boreal forest that surrounds her.
Inspired by her love of nature and health, it only felt right to begin the journey of studying holistic health. Over the last seven years Danielle has completed a variety of courses and trainings in the areas of nutrition, herbalism, yoga, and mindfulness.
From a young age she found peace and inspiration in nature and enjoys laying on the forest floor, taking photos of tiny plants, mushrooms, and insects. She is an active volunteer in her community and hopes to bring more environmental awareness and an appreciation for the earth to those in the area.
After experiencing her own health issues, Danielle has learned the value in living a truly holistic life; that health cannot simply be obtained from changing one thing. We must honour ourselves in the mind, body, and spirit. She has a particular interest in women's health, especially hormone health, pms, and overall menstrual cycle health. She believes that we are all healers and everyone has the ability to tap into their highest well-being.
