Private, 1-on-1 menstrual cycle + hormone coaching for 4 months.


In this modern day there are more and more women feeling completely disconnected from their cycles.  Irregular periods, hormone imbalances, pms symptoms that last for over a week, reproductive issues such as fibroids.. the list goes on.  I have talked to so many women who will try anything to make their monthly cycle more tolerable, including making it stop altogether.  I've lost count of how many times I've heard or read "my body hates me."  We are constantly told that our symptoms and our discomfort is normal.. and while it may be becoming incredibly common, it definitely is not normal.  Did you know that your menstrual cycle paints a picture of your hormone health and, therefore, your overall health?  Your symptoms are not the enemy!  In fact, your symptoms are the glorious language that your body is speaking.  I'm here to teach you that language.


My four month herbal coaching program is perfect for women who are looking for more than a "quick fix."  This program is for women looking to develop a deep connection to their bodies and gently guide the body back into balance.  It's also a place for you to finally feel heard regarding your health and wellness and a space for you to feel held.  Much more in-depth and comprehensive than one-off appointments, this program allows you to be guided every step of the way.  My personal style of working with women involves teaching you the WHY behind health + herbs, giving you information and tools that are actually going to make a difference, holding space for your journey + emotions, and getting you excited about your health again.  My goal is for you to feel empowered and to feel GOOD in your body again!

Plants have been used for thousands of years to support the body, mind, and soul.  Herbs are a gentle yet effective way to promote balance within the body and make a great addition to support your health + wellness.  In keeping with a truly holistic approach we focus on herbs but we also discuss nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, mindfulness, and so on!  We know that health concerns generally don't just pop up over night, they are a result of months or even years of being disconnected from the body.  Life is more hectic than ever and we often find ourselves putting our own needs last.  Especially as women, it's in our nature to nurture others.  We are selfless beings but it's often at the expense of our own health.  This program is your time.  When you go through this process you are saying YES to yourself, you are choosing YOU.

What Do We Cover?

In the Women's Wisdom program we'll cover the following:

  • How to track your menstrual cycle for general cycle health

  • What your cycle could be telling your about your health

  • The four phases of your cycle

  • The basics of your hormones

  • How to assess your own constitution and which habits support balance

  • Herbs for cycle and hormone health

  • Basic nutrition for cycle and hormone health (including some tasty recipes)

  • Supporting the Liver & the Gut for optimal elimination

  • How to incorporate more movement in a way that doesn't deplete your energy

  • Supporting sleep and stress reduction

  • Honouring your cycle and reclaiming your power as a woman

Who's it for?

I work with women in a few areas of the women's health spectrum; Particularly hormones, stress resilience, and digestion.  Here's a list of specifics!

  • General menstrual cycle health (including irregular periods)

  • Imbalance in estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone

  • PCOS, Fibroids, Endometriosis, etc.

  • PMS

  • Hormonal Acne

  • Symptoms of Peri-menopause, Menopause, and Post-Menopause

  • Fertility

  • Prenatal + Postpartum care

  • Stress, fatigue, and/or burnout

  • Digestive issues such as leaky gut (which often accompanies many of the issues listed above)

What's Included?

At this time I am doing all sessions online via Zoom.  All printable materials will be sent in PDF format.  Throughout our time together you'll receive many extra resources from me - I love to share information!

Intake Session (90 Minutes)

We start off on the right foot by spending a solid 1.5 hours together going through your intake forms; discussing current lifestyle, health history, assessing your constitution (hot, cold, damp, dry, etc.), and firming up your goals.  This is a chance for us to get to know each other!  I'm an open book so literally nothing is off the table.

Road-Map (30 Minutes)

We'll sit down for 30 minutes to discuss your road map for the next four months together. I'll suggest some herbs + formulations which you can find at your local herb shop, order online, or I can send to you from my own apothecary! *Herbs are price separately*  We'll discuss some nutrition basics and you'll receive a PDF with some nourishing recipes.  Finally, we'll discuss movement, sleep, stress reduction, mindfulness, and other forms of self-care. You are an absolute goddess and you deserve a well-rounded plan!

2x Two-Week Follow-Ups (30 Minutes Each)

During the first month you will have the chance to do two bi-weekly follow-ups where we can see how everything is going as you get started on your journey!  Each of these follow-ups will last up to 30-minutes.  This gives you a chance to ask more questions and make adjustments as needed.  Implementing changes can be hard, so I'm here to be your cheerleader!

3x Monthly Follow-Ups (30 Minutes Each)

For the next three months we'll do a monthly follow-up.  These are the same as the first two, a chance to do an in-depth check-in, ask questions, and make adjustments.  Your final follow-up will actually be 1 hour long. See "Maintenance" below for more details.

Weekly Mini Check-Ins

Each week between follow-ups, we'll do a quick little check-in to see how you're doing. These are a great opportunity for you to ask smaller questions or maybe you just need some motivation that week.  These check-ins keep us in touch and help reinforce the idea that you truly are not alone in this journey.  These occur either through email, messenger, or text.

Maintenance (60 Minutes)

During your final follow-up we'll review the previous 4 months and create a maintenance resource with things to support all the changes you've made.  For example, your maintenance resource might include a daily tea, some foods to regularly incorporate, tips for sleep & mindfulness, a yoga routine, etc.  It will be a summary of the things we've discussed and implemented during the last 4 months, and it may include a few new things as well!

Once our four months together has come to a close you will have the option of booking additional follow-ups as needed for a discounted rate, we're bonded for life now!

Commitment & Cost

Four months is a long time and a serious commitment!  I'm dedicated to working with you as closely as possible, giving you all the resources I can.  On this journey, it is important to remember that the real changes come from YOU.  You are the creator of your own life.


I want to help you make true lifestyle changes, not short-term, unsustainable goals that leave you feeling uninspired and defeated.  One of my beliefs is that life is meant to be savoured and to be full of joy.  I do not support diet culture (including cleanses), quick-fixes, or the use of herbs to completely override the natural processes of the body.  True healing takes time and it's important to be gentle with yourself as you go through this process.  It can often taken at least one month of implementing any new regime before you start to notice a shift.

I have a background in herbalism, nutrition, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and embodiment.  I have a deep passion for the connection between the body, mind, and soul.  Sometimes in our journey, even though we may be focusing on the physical, some emotional challenges can come up as well.  Please know that this is always a safe space and I absolutely love talking about all things spiritual and personal growth.
