Who can benefit from a consultation?

Over the last four years I have helped support clients with a wide range of concerns/needs, including:

What to Expect

I like to keep my sessions casual; rather than giving you an overwhelming list of practices and supplements, we'll use our time to learn and build your connection back to your body.


This is a space for you to be heard and to get curious about your wellness. We'll discuss your main concerns and you'll leave your consultation with valuable information, a few actionable tips + tricks, and direction on where to purchase herbs.
 

I believe in a slow approach to health and wellness, taking your time to build a lifestyle that supports you every single day.  I also believe in a less-is-more approach, focusing on food as medicine and incorporating a few select herbs so that they become a part of your daily life.  I infuse all of my sessions with knowledge from Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, and even a little Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Space for consultations is available every 4th Friday from 9am - 4:30pm and take place virtually through either Zoom or Google Meet.
